Work across devices
Create a web-based experience that can be used on mobile and desktop.

Stickify is a web-based note-taking concept designed to help people capture and organise ideas across mobile and desktop. The project explores a friendly interface, a recognisable identity and an experience that supports a regular note-taking habit.
The presentation covers competitive analysis, user flows, branding, onboarding, account screens, light and dark modes, and a marketing website.

The project identified three design priorities: working across devices, making note-taking intuitive, and supporting collaboration. The competitive landscape also made differentiation and an approachable first-use experience important.
Create a web-based experience that can be used on mobile and desktop.
Minimise friction when creating, finding and editing notes.
Consider how people could work together around their notes.

The visual identity combines a sticky-note-inspired mark with yellow, mustard and near-black. The warm palette and illustrations give a familiar, approachable feel to a productivity tool.
Baloo 2 and Quicksand support the friendly tone, while colour-coded notes help distinguish items within the interface.

The design includes onboarding, sign-up and login, note lists, note editing, and light and dark interface modes. Mobile and desktop screens share the same visual language.
A separate landing page introduces the product, explains its features and presents the note-taking experience.

The result is a complete design concept that connects identity, product screens and a promotional website. Light and dark modes show how the same note-taking system can adapt to different viewing preferences, while the desktop and mobile layouts maintain a consistent experience.
